bad service ever in my life:)

i worked for a company that opened an account with old mutual for our provident funds,i have bin struggling ever sins with my funds as we where retrenched form work.i called old mutual direct and have bin taken from pillar to post.i was promised it will only take them maximum of 6 weeks to pay out but now its going for 3 months .can some one step in and help sort this out please .i will never advice advice any one to invert with them
