Bad Service ever
i dont even know how to rate Old Mutual, i wanted to bury my love one and they were not able to answer my calls i went to their branch to submit my claims and up until now my claims has not been paid, i really cannot deal with such company and i am going to cancel all my policies with them, they treat their client as if they are the only one in the market.

This issue is still not resolved and the lady called me and asked me to call the very same number that put me on hold for 30 minutes without any success this is absolutely *******. this is not the value for my money. If I don't get it resolved l will go and discuss this kind of a service with 702 Radio.
