Bad service

On 2025/01/08 I went to old mutual Phoenix Plaza, Kzn, to cash out my investment policy. On arrival I was told to get bank statement in order for them to assist me of which I did. An African male (employee) who was assisting me was rude and had stinking attitude. He actually told me that in order for me to get my money, I'll have to open an account with them, they can't deposit my money directly to my ABSA Bank account. I challenged him and told him I was going to contact old mutual head office. Only then he took my statement and processed my claim, sulking. I wonder how many other people are mislead by this employee, ending up opening account they don't need. His service was terrible and he has stinking attitude, giving the company bad name. I've since lodged formal complaint against him.
