Bad service

If i could i would not even give them a rating at all, So i took a tax free investment with them last year. In November 2023 i decided to cancel it and get a payout which i called the first time to do it and i was helped over the phone and told that i need to talk to a different department that deals with that. Which i spoke to a consultant which told me that i need to write a letter and state what i want to do, I did that the following day even signed it. I waited with no answer for a week only to be told to fill in a form (OMInvest_Disinvestment_Cancellation) i did that and waited and was told oh no there is another form missing (Tax Residency Declaration for Individuals) which i then filled this is happening few days apart and nobody is getting back to me to tell me what is going on. So i have been going back and forth till today its the 17 January 2024 and every time i follow up i am being told that there is a section missing to this day its always something missing. I am convinced that i will not get my money back because of this back and forth for something so simple is ridiculous.
