Bad service diepkloof branch with a branch manager who showed zero care

This week marks the 5th week am running up & down the Diepkloof branch, I was assisted by Andile ***giso Lekgoale & to my surprise he redone the process he made me do last week I was there & when I asked him to CC his managers & managers of the department he is resending for the 5th time the same process to to he refused to even CC his own branch manager and only CCd Lucky Ralekgokgo & for the 5th week I was told to wait again for response. NB Diepkloof branch manager does not care at all of my quiry
