Bad Service Delivery and Unfairness.

This company has transparency issues when it comes to our policies. They will claim they sent you emails with correspondence and so called outcomes, whereas you haven't received anything. The consultants are also seldom clueless with their so called policies and how they work. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed and will be cancelling my policies with them and I will make sure my family also joins me. The Consultants there need to also loose their bad attitude towards customers.
