every opportunity they get to mess up your mood they do it very well, this is like the 3rd problem I've had with old mutual, if its not their sales consultant's attitude its another thing, last week I asked them to send me my policy schedule after I called a call centre and was told that they can't help me and I must email them which I did but till now nothing, only God knows what my policy schedule is looking like that makes them to not want to send it to me, at this point I'm over this company can reputable great insurance company contact me , I need to cancel this nonsense
