Bad service

I'm trying to get hold of your group schemes... been on the phone for 30 min... spoke to a lady somi... just to drop the flippen call after I waited so long... u guys are ***********, and are only good for a debit but not assisting customers when there is a problem.... I have been phoning...since last week but my issue has not been resolved... I have logged this problem a month ago in a branch and it's still not sorted... I so wish I can move all my policies to someone more reliable old mutual is pathetic... sies julle moet julle skaam.
