Bad Service

Yet again - 3 emails and still no response. My first email was acknowledged and the reply said it would be answered with 6 hours. It has now been 19 (working) hours and still no response despite a 3rd email requesting information. Very poor service and not what I expect from Old Mutual. This is for Old Mutual Wealth Services.
