Bad service

I am very disappointed with your service. We have been calling and asking for feedback from you guys and we are told a payment will be made , then there’s no communication from you for a week , when we call to follow up , we are told that documents are missing whereas we were told everything has been approved. The Alberton branch’s service is not good at all.
