Bad service

There was a problem with my account that I received my monthly money in and it could not be paid in. Old Mutual did not let me know. Even after the account was fixed they did not pay in the back pay or start again. I've been sending emails telling them I have a new account and they send me Transaction request letter that has nothing to do with my problem
