Bad service

A consultant by the Nikitha Deaneshwa assisted us on the 21 of October 2020,to date our request has not been attented to.I went back to the branch today to inquire only to find out that Nikitha never sends the requested documents to the head office even when we had provided all the necessary documents.How these small branch hire people who do not do their job is beyond my understanding.Small branches are there to assist us and save us time but centurion mall old mutual has thus far turned a simple process to a difficult .Your services are bad ,Your consultant should be well trained and informed about the services you provide.
