This is getting frustrating now, you guys are taking me from pillar to pose , you asked me to open a bank account for my son who is 14months old…went and I did that at FNB…now you go tell me that account is not open for Debits and Credits .like I have a job Monday to Friday I inconvenience myself to do all this admin………. to get access to my hard earned money, whenever I try to call no one picks up my call, I’m unsatisfied really….and this is not the only product that I have with you I also have life cover with you, is this the same service that my son will receive when I’m late ??????????????? now I want to cancel both the Educational plan investment and life cover, this is not how you service people guys really am unhappy . since I can’t get a hold of you kindly call me on my number
