Bad Service

The Old Mutual brand is a respected brand as far a I've experienced over the years, but the experience I got today at Old Mutual Heidelberg Mall is really disgusting. I waited to be assisted there for almost 2 hours, while people are pushing their friends to skip the queue, people were just coming after me and going just like that while I was told to wait. Ultimately when my turn came I couldn't be assisted rather I was referred to another queue to wait again, behind a person who came far after me, I decided to leave. Old Mutual Heidelberg Mall sucks! The staff there must be monitored and correctly supervised, they're tarnishing a good brand Old Mutual has established over the years. Other branches are really fine, i was assisted nicely at Springs Branch at time, I think I'll rather have to go to them again.
