Bad service

Good day My name is Nika Thomas Meyer I have two policies with old mutual one of the agents that open a policy for me made a mistake instead of putting my grandmother as grandmother he referred to my grandmother as my mother. I was trying to phone old mutual everyday but to no avail and if anything can happen to my grandmother than it will be my problem I am very disappointed in Old mutual and I regret open a policy with them.
