Bad Service, Bad Attitute
Old Mutual keeps on tracking my account before my salary date. This caused R828 bank charges. They are refusing to refund me. I am in financial constraints and they are making matters worse for me. I know I am in arrears with my account but trying to get money before my salary date is not fair. It's making me worse off.
