Bad service
I have contacted their offices re my retirement annuity I had 2 RA,s and requested the one to be canceled. I was at their offices on the 29th July I was told it will take 15 days to date nothing has happened. I call last week and this Monday I get promises Today I got another promise. If not sorted out today. I am canceling everything with the.
