BAD SERVICE

I'm very appalled at the level of service one gets from Old Mutual. I sent through my application in January 2020 to increase my savings. I sent my forms to Mickyle Pedro who took a month to send through the forms to make this change, delaying this change from occurring. It's now end of February and this is not sorted. Clearly there is so much disregard for their clients. I'm canceling my contract and taking the money I've saved.
