Bad service at Old mutual Vereeniging

Since the lockdown we've been coming to their branch in Vereeniging and the experience has been disastrous and they keep on changing their staff every week. When you come on a different week you start from scratch due to the staff rotation. And one other thing is that the staff only allow 2 people inside. We wait from 8am to 3pm when they close. Old mutual has not been consistent with its clients assistance. Service is terrible.
