Bad service at Old mutual Vaal mall

Old mutual branches act independent from head office, if your claim they tell you its between you and Head office they just give you the phone, They dont even have the decency to email Documents that are need through to their head office, they say you must do it yourself. But when you open policies and investments because they will gain from them they dont ask you to call they are glad to help. My mother has been given the run around for weeks and she's old they dont care about clients, I would never recommend old mutual to anyone.
