bad service at old mutual pan africa mall

I would like to complain about the bad services I got at old mutual Pan Africa mall on 1 March 2018, I was assisted by the Lady at desk number 4, I asked her why she didn't Wear the name tag she said she doesn't like the name tag and she keep on saying even old mutual there aware that she's not going to wear it. She said if I want to know her name I will ask her, which I did she said her name is lebo. All the stuff members are not wearing there name tag.

When she's busy assisting other two lady's come to her desk and start dancing saying 'akekho gogo' meaning the manager is not in 2day. I'm disappointed about the behavior
