Bad service at Old Mutual Maponya Mall

On the morning of 10 January 2020, I went to the Old Mutual branch at Maponya Mall and told the receptionist what I was there for. Unlike other customers, she didn't give me a ticket. Instead, she told me to take a seat and she'd let me know when I could go through to Booth number 6. I waited for an hour while other customers received service. It wasn't until I went back to the receptionist to complain that I was helped. She blatantly told me that she had forgotten about me - which is highly unprofessional. I am less than impressed because I know that this only happened to me because I am young.
