Bad service at Old Mutual Empangeni branch

Good afternoon I have been to Old Mutual Empangeni branch since the 16th of November 2020 requesting a refund of an investment premium they deducted and should pay me back as I have cancelled that investment since early September but up until today no payment was made to my account.

I have been going to the branch for numerous times, I even have different reference numbers to prove that I've been at the branch for more than 6 times but up until today no payment has been made to me, rather they always tell me that wait for 5 working days, I've been waiting for almost 2 months now to get my very own money and don't even know what to do now

Last week I requested to be helped by the branch manager of which I waited for an hour before she could help me, she also told me that I must wait for 2 working days for the payment to reflect, of which it has already passed and still is haven't received my refund.

So now I wouldn't recommend Old Mutual to anyone, in fact I would rather spread the word of the poor service old mutual has and people not to take policies with Old mutual
