Bad Service at Old Mutual Boksburg walk-in centre

Hi Old Mutual Team,

I am pretty sure you as a well established organization pride yourselves on the service you render to all your clients and to ensure that your reputation is upheld you make sure you employ the correct people to be part of the Old Mutual family that will uphold and live up to those values and standards that you pride yourselves by.

Needless to say your Old Mutual branch in Boksburg does not live up to those standards of excellent customer service. The staff there have a No care attitude and when I was finally helped they had zero knowledge of the product or the query I had. I was the only customer in the queue when I went there and yet I waited over 20 minutes before I was helped whiles watching the staff having their own casual conversations in their little cubicles in full view of me. The reception lady notified them all 3 times that there is a client waiting and they were not bothered.

I am highly disgusted and disappointed and I suggest that you send out a team to that branch to evaluate the staff working there as they do not value Old Mutual and deliver very poor service to all your Valued clients.
