Bad service at old mutual
I'm Bukeka Dlaku I had a policy with old mutual my nephew passed on by accident and he was in that policy, I submitted my claim on 31st November 2022 till today I have not reciece my money. They need a postmotern report I did submit till today I have not received anything I'm calling and been to branches no help. This company is very bad treating the customers unfairly I took a policy to help me with the time of need not to frustrate me.

16 Jan 2023, 09:56I have complained about old mutual last week on Monday but until this far I have not received any Positive feedback from them. They said my case is on forensic which I was not even aware when you take a funeral policy must start to forensic to pay out. I submitted all the documents they required. OLD MUTUAL SERVICE IS VERY BAD TO CUSTOMERS

It very bad the way you've been doing business with your clients you are not trustworthy and loyal in times of need. You still deducting premiums in my bank account while you can't fulfill the promises. Old mutual you are very disgusting and you are not a company that I can every refer in a near future
