BAD SERVICE AND NOT DELIVERING ON PROMISES

<p>I have a GREENLIGHT policy number ********** 4 and submitted a clai m which I was informed with a letter by Marwan Abrahams on the 13th of June will speedily be paid out. My broker followed up and was told that the claim will pay out on the 30th of June. Till now I have not received proof of payment that this claim has been paid. I have another income protector policy with SANLAM and this claim has already paid out. Thsi is the first time I claimed against this policy and it was a legitimate claim. When calling the call centre I was put through to 4 departments and just gave up when landing with a man named Steve who wanted to once again transfer me to another department.</p>
