Bad service and lies

On the 23rd of August 2017 I visited old mutual Vosloorus branch and surrendered my RA policy and they promised me I will receive my money back after 15 days it's been 2 months I have received anything I have called them and I have been promised heaven and earth if not being sent from pillar to post,I have 2 more policies with them but the way I'm so disappointed I'm transferring all my policies from them to Alexander Forbes and what I want now it's for them to transfer my money back or give me my money back of the RA surrendered on the 23rd of August 2017 and keep my distance from such a company,the disappointment doesn't come close to what I feel ???
