Bad service and lack of urgency

I submitted claim form last week on 11/09/2024 and got an email that section 8 needs to completed by commissioner of oath.

When I read that dinvestment, that portion it's for a person that is not in SA but abroad that agent clear does not know product and policy terms. I was informed by Sibongile,2nd agent after claim submisson it will take 5to 7 working days.

I dont know if the 7 days will be 17 or 70 days ??? Really,this is bad service bad lack of urgency and bad service.I made follow up ,hoping tha my claim will be done by now
