Bad Service and Incompetence

Old Mutual is so ***********. All the time you make changes to your policy they drag their feet with making the changes then turn around and make it seem like your fault. This is the second time this happens, I made changes to my policy well in advanced they failed to make those changes and when they finally made the changes they were different from our contractual agreement. I changed my payment date and payment method however they failed to deduct on our contractual date then called me to say I missed payment whereas they are the ones who decided to make a late debit. I would never recommend old mutual to anyone really.
