Bad Service and Delayed Disbur*****t of funds

Bad experience yet again I complained days back about how old Mutual is *********** till today still waiting for feedback, Funds, email or phone call from you guy's. When we comment about the bad experience you reach out to us to avoid bad publicity yet still you don't follow up on your client's I think everyone should be brave like that family who took a deceased to your offices maybe then you'll attend and deliver as promised and stop making us fools. Been waiting for claim for over 15 day's now
