Bad service and bordering on theft of funds.

Have called the call center over 5 times to cash one of my policies and at one stage a staff member called me back and said they were going on leave for a week and would come back to me when she returned well I am still waiting. I complained to the call center and requested a senior manager or director to call me now 2 weeks later and no call back. Management do not care about customers and if they do not speak to us how do they what is happening in the business? This is the worst company I have ever done business with WE DO NOT WANT CALL CENTERS
