Bad service and **** also

Hi I'm Elisa oumakie Raleting I'm not happy with the service my mom got from old mutual constance raleting.i mom got funeral cover and she was paying that policy from jubilee mall branch.last of last week my grandfather passed away and she claims and she was assistant nothing was mention to her. Now for old mutual to pay out and they are telling her the policy was closed well they hav being deducting every month. Why all this was never mention at the beginning.and why the policy it's being closed and deduct that money.they only mention she will be paid the premium that she was paying.im not happy with ur service.
