Bad service again Old Mutual Louis Trichard/Makhado branch)

I used to think when people complained about old mutual's bad service they would improve . Seems like they think they are the best that could be and that it's getting to their heads . Old Mutual needs to review competency of their managers and employees. My mother went to put in a claim and she was requested police declaration which she provided and their manager refused to help her , that she must get another declaration form that old mutual wants which does not have any different details from what she provided . Please teach your people how to treat and resolve people's issues . Specifically your Louise Trichard(Makhado) manager and the team those people are rude , their manager the worst how do you refuse to see a client for you to assist .
