Bad Service AGAIN

I went into the Parow Centre branch last Monday (4 May 2015) and i requested a withdrawel from my savings. A lady at counter number 8 assisted me on that day and she told me that the pay out would be done within 5 days. I left the branch and received no pay out within the 5 days. I made contact with someone at the call centre (Carmelita) yesterday (11 May) enquiring about my pay out. Carmelita advised me that she should direct a complaint at the branch and request them to make the pay out urgently. Yesterday afternoon I made contact with Liezel from Parow branch to follow up on my own incase Carmelita didnt. Liezel then told me she cannot give me feedback and I should contact their call centre. I then called the call centre again and explained to them that Parow branch is unable to assist me. <br> <br> I had exactly the same experience last year when I tried to withdraw from my account. Nobody is able to help me and Old Mutual takes extremely long with the pay out. I dont think this is fair towards the client.<br> <br> Can someone please assist me with this pay out as soon as possible.
