BAD SERVICE

I would like to share how I'm disappointed by OLD MUTUAL GROUP SCHEMES.I made a claim for a funeral cover for my brother who passed away on the 24 of February and I submitted all the documents required. But i still have not received any payment for claim I've been running around calling non-stop I received an SMS saying that my claim is going for verification but the consultant cant even answer when I ask questions about this verification process and i went to branch three times but I did not get assisted I'm in a lot of debt because i had to pay for the funeral by myself and I ended borrowing money from people just to bury my brother. This is one of the reasons I took out a funeral policy because i did not want debt both my parents are not working everything was on me. This is shocking and frustrating I'm tired of running around fighting for my money, Because of this I've decided to cancel all my policies with Old mutual I've already cancelled my investment. Old mutual is the worst. If i do not get my money I'm definitely going to the Ombudsman.
