Bad service..

My mom retired and she had a life cover with Old mutual greenlight.She went through all the proper channels changing from stop order to debit order.he premiums went through for a number of months and it stopped.Old mutual never said that they did not receive the premium or sent any notification.When she went to enquire they said the policy has Lapsed.
