Bad service

Since my last complain with old old mutual regarding my money account that was suspended till investigation is done, and this was last year in September. To date no one has communicated the progress of the investigation until 2 weeks back when i took it to myself to call them as the had last sent an sms saying money has been withdrawn from my money account. Upon calling i was advised that they have decided to terminate our relationship. I then called to ask about the funds that were in my account, they then sent me a long, uncersfactory email which did not tell me if i will be refunded my funds or not instead one of their consultants by the name of Portia at the call center said that i have been listed for ***** and said i should call them and speak to them. I did so only to find out i am not on their data base. And mind you the account under investigation only had R3,500. Its been a year full and still i must run after them to communicate with me.
