BAD SERVICE

Bad experience. I have a person loan with them and i have been trying to make an arrangement to decrease my instalment since my income has decreased. I wanted to still continue with paying for the loan but at a lower premium, which is allowed considering that i have already paid 70% of the loan back to them. They have been sending my emails around since December, the latest one says the cant assist because i don't have any loan with them. Yet if i default, they will ruin my credit record.
