Bad service

I have been following up on a claim since March 2021 and I have been sent back and forth about forms claimed by team leader Grant Engelbrecht to have not been submitted and have proved they have been .Since his last feedback on the 9 July 2021 the man has been promising to get back to me and lately cannot even take calls on his cellphone or landline. Really bad service from a person with authority.
