bad service

I took out an insurance policy with old mutual and they are running 5 different debit orders in my account when I call to fix this they don't even have a valid reason for doing this.

my policy I took is R420 but now I owe FNB R1000 of bank charges because they are even debiting R30 for a policy instead of making it 1 debit order for my policy.

This is terrible service I will never ever trust Old Mutual again because I took this cover to protect my family instead they are ripping me off financially
