Bad service

The worst experience with old mutual, they haven’t been debiting for my sons policy even when I call them then all of a sudden they debit for a life insurance that I don’t even know, lol what’s worse is that I just messaged them on Twitter and they told me that a consultant will call me after 3 days, 3 whole days??? Clearly we are a joke to you guys, please sort out my son’s policy
