Bad Service

I was at Old Mutual Jabulani Mall and was assisted by Winky Mjijwa who was not interested in assisting us, we asked her if they have joint investement accounts she no we must go to Nedbank,we then decided to open two separate accounts, she said we must to the bank we us for our salaries, I mean like really? Who does that, she clearly didn't want to work.....The following day I went to Maponya Mall branch and they actually told me that they do have joint investment accounts.I asked myself what kind of service is Winky giving to the clients on a daily basis....I'm very disappointed
