Bad service

I'm ****ed with old mutual service. I went to old mutual mall of the north on the 16 November 2023 to disinvest a portion of funds from my investment, they said it will take 7 to 10 working days till today I still haven't received my funds. Last week Wednesday one of their agents called to verify with me and she said it will payout in 5 days..... today is 11 working days later but still there's nothing. Their service sucks....it is time I move all my investments to another service provider
