BAD Service

Old mutual service is very poor and sucks. I sent an email over a month ago requesting to change my bank details. A month later this has not been done. Have called their offices waited for 2 hours with no response and finally went to the branch in East Rand mall found a rude male who I'd asking for proof of account afterwaiting 30 minutes. Which business this day and age doesn't assist on time.
