Bad service

Poor services from old mutual. My name is meisie mabusela. Last year in October a consultant from old mutual opened a saving or retirement annuity without my concern. They debit R500 from my pay slip every month. I have been battling with old mutual to investigate and give me feedback and also cancell that policy. Every time I call and send emails I get the response that they are busy with investigation. How long will it take for old mutual to cancel the policy that one of their consultants opened *******ly so on my account. Bad service from last year October till current
