Bad service

I'm not happy at all with Old Mutual services, I had 2 policies with them and I went to 1 of the branchs to close both policies due to personal reasons , I was given forms to sign, and 1 policies was closed on the spot but my retirement policy was not closed and they still deducting money from my account, went to the branch to check why, I was told they will deduct for 3 months by the 15th of August then I will be refunded after ,the 3 months has passed and I found out that the policy is still active and it was never closed after calling the call center for days trying to be assisted
