Bad service

11/01/21 I transfered money R650 from my money account to cash send so that I can collect the money at Shoprite coz I didn't have my card with me,I did not receive the sms notification for me to withdraw money from Shoprite,12/01/21 I went to Alexmall old mutual branch the lady told me she can't help me the problem is my phone,I told her it's not my phone coz I do receive messages from other stores & people,she then told me to go to the Indians store & get a new SIM card put it in my phone I get an SMS,but how coz the sms was sent to my 084 number,so how is that gonna work,she just didn't wanna help me.
