bad service

I saw rassioe in Feb about early retirement we complete all the forms and he said he will send it to the pension dep lastweek fryday I phone and he say they are still busy today I phone old mutual and here nothing was send to them which mean we are still at the begining of the process I wonder how many other people go to bed hungry because of people like this when I phone him he told me he was on leave so he don't know if he send my documents that is no excuse
