Bad Service
I settled the account LAST YEAR OCTOBER and I got a settlement letter. <br> THE ACCOUNT STILL SHOWS ON MY ITC. This is affecting my credit history and chances of me applying for a new car. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED ON YOUR SIDE
