Bad service

Disgusting service from Old mutual Chris Hani crossing in Vosloorus next to the food court. On the 13th April 2023 I went there to cancel my retirement annuity and the consultant said she did submit my request and I should come back in 5 days time to do withdrawal. I went there today 25 April 2023 and firstly I was given ticket number 3 and they requested any documents that have my tax number so I had to go to the Internet shop to print it and when I come back my ticket has not been called and few minutes after coming back it was called and I went to the consultant and the guy by the name Gift told me he cancelled my ticket by mistake and asked the lady at booth 6 to help me and I set down at booth 6 and the lady returned me back after realizing that my ticket is not on the system and she wanted me to register again and she took someone who was given ticket number 7 so that she can assist. I then decided to leave, I went to Mall@Carnival branch and was helped by Xolani and he told me that nothing was done on my RA so he will cancel it and I will have to come back to the branch in 5days again for withdrawal
